Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalizing care planning needs, assisting and producing ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way. You will be expected to create an environment where the atmosphere feels like our residents' personal home, catering to their individual needs and those of their visiting family members.
