Job summary
We're looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Administrator to join our team in the Support Services Office in the centre of Leeds. This is more than just admin - you'll be a key part of the HR function, helping to create a smooth, supportive experience for employees while keeping everything organised behind the scenes.
Main duties of the job
As an HR Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for HR activity, keeping things running efficiently and supporting colleagues across the business. From managing HR queries and maintaining employee records, to preparing key documentation and supporting meetings, you'll play a central role in delivering a high-quality HR service. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in employee feedback, retention insights, and wider HR projects.
