Akari Care is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive community in Newton Aycliffe. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior staff. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will work alongside the care team to provide the highest quality of care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include observing, reviewing, and finalizing care planning needs, assisting with and producing ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value-driven way. You will be instrumental in creating an environment where the atmosphere feels like the residents' personal home, catering to their individual needs and those of their visiting family members.
