About you

Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions

A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach

Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectively

Have a coaching style leadership mentality to empower your colleagues

Good communication and relationship building skills

Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice

Warm, approachable, and engaging persona

Respect everyone, treating others as you would expect to be treated

Qualifications

Essential

• You must be a Registered Nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions. Additionally, you should possess a caring nature, proven leadership and team-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a warm and engaging persona. A coaching style leadership mentality and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes are also highly desirable.
