Main duties of the job
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a range of engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. This includes collaborating with the Home Manager and wider community teams to develop and deliver programs that encourage socialization, maintain existing hobbies, and introduce new experiences. You will actively involve colleagues, relatives, and friends in the activities to foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, fundraising, and ensuring a safe and secure atmosphere for the residents.
