You will be responsible for playing a personal and direct, hands-on role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to our residents. • Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
• A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach
• Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectively

• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
• Warm, approachable, and engaging personal

Qualifications

Essential

• You must be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions, with a caring nature, a proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and delegate effectively. You should have a coaching style leadership mentality, good communication and relationship-building skills, and be flexible and adaptable to changes.
