The Preceptorship Registered Nurse role involves playing a personal and direct, hands-on role in ensuring the highest levels of clinical and medical care to their residents. You will be leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to ensure you create a warm and inclusive environment in which the residents feel a sense of security and belonging while simultaneously retaining their dignity and self-respect. You will be responsible for enhancing and expanding your skills and competencies to enable personal and professional growth in your career.
