Job summary
Akari Care is a trusted provider of personalised nursing and residential care within local communities across England and Wales. They are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants who are looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to the residents, including observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues.

They should have a caring nature, good communication and relationship building skills, be flexible and adaptable, have a warm and approachable persona, and respect everyone, treating others as they would expect to be treated.
