Job summary
Akari Care is seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants who are looking to advance their careers. The role involves delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a caring nature, good communication skills, and a warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
Main duties of the job
Working alongside the care assistants, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and coming up with ideas for social activities and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way.
