Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions, with a caring nature to give everyone a personal approach. They should have a proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectively, with a coaching style leadership mentality to empower colleagues. Good communication and relationship building skills, as well as a flexible and adaptable approach to changes at short notice, are essential.
