Main duties of the job

You will work closely with the Home Manager and the wider community team to ensure residents are valued, respected, and offered personalized care. The role also involves assisting with innovative fundraising initiatives and budgeting to support resident activities. You will need to demonstrate a caring nature, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a warm, approachable, and engaging persona.
