Main duties of the job

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms and all communal areas within the care home. This includes adhering to policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of care and creating a healthy, respectful, and dignified environment for residents. You will work closely with your colleagues to assess and address the domestic needs of all residents, contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life.
