Job summary
This is a Senior Care Assistant role in Whitley Bay, working nights for Akari Care. The role involves delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care plans, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior colleagues. Main duties of the job
The Senior Care Assistant will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalizing care planning needs, assisting and coming up with ideas for social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way. The successful candidate will create an environment where the atmosphere feels like our residents' personal home, for them and their respective visiting family members, which suits all of their individual needs.
