Main duties of the job
As the Assistant Cook, you will be responsible for creating menus, plating up food, and arranging food trolleys in an attractive manner to encourage our residents to eat enthusiastically. You will be part of a united and extended care team, with the opportunity to coach and develop a team as part of their personal growth. The role requires a caring nature, the ability to lead by example, and a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
