Main duties of the job

This hands-on role will involve leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to create a warm and inclusive environment where residents feel secure, respected, and able to maintain their dignity and self-respect. The successful candidate will have a caring nature, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to changes at short notice. They will also be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
