About you

Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions

A caring nature to give everyone a personal approach

Proven ability to lead by example, motivate a team and delegate effectively

Have a coaching style leadership mentality to empower your colleagues

Good communication and relationship building skills

Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice

Warm, approachable, and engaging persona

Respect everyone, treating others as you would expect to be treated

Qualifications

Essential

• You must be a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions, with a caring nature and the ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and communicate effectively. A coaching style leadership mentality and a warm, approachable, and engaging persona are also required.
