They are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants or Care Assistants who want to take the next step in their career. The role involves delivering high-quality care to residents, observing and reviewing care planning needs, assisting with social activities, and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of care to our residents. This includes observing, reviewing, and finalising care planning needs, assisting, and coming up with ideas for social activities and supporting the training and supervision of junior and new colleagues in an Akari value driven way. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive community within our homes, creating an environment where the atmosphere feels like our residents' personal home.
