Job responsibilities

Key role:

As a Salaried GP, you will provide high-quality medical care, working closely with, and under the supervision and mentorship of a dedicated GP mentor for the PCN, this will be provided by one of the PCN practices.

Collaborative with a dynamic clinical team to offer holistic, patient-focussed care.

Participate in the development of services and engage with the local community.

Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and expertise.

You will be working for Winsford PCN which comprise 5 GP practices. Your base will be at Willow-Wood Surgery, and you will see patients from across the 5 practices at your base. Our weighted patient list size is approximately 40,000 patients in total.

We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to cover a Monday and Tuesday for our PCN. There will be some flexibility in the start times of your clinics, it will be BMA contract compliant, and you will not have any "extra" patients booked in at the end of your clinics!

Qualifications

Essential

• A medical practitioner whose name is included in the General Practitioner Register under article 10 of the General and Specialist Medical Practice Order 2003
• Not subject to suspension under section 41A of the Medical Act 1983
• Qualified General Practitioner (completed certificate of
• Completion of Training CCT)
• Currently on a CCG Performers list and not suspended from that list or from the medical register
• DBS clearance

Desirable

• Evidence of further postgraduate educational
• activities in relevant fields
• MRCGP
• DCH
• DRCOG
• RCGP Substance Misuse Certificate Level 1 or 2
• DFSRFH & Competence in Coil insertion/LoC
• Evidence of CPD activities
