Job summary
Moseley Avenue Surgery are seeking an operations manager to support the role of the practice manager and oversee the wider administration and reception teams. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to help us provide the best quality care for our patients. Ideally you will have a background in general practice or experience in a senior administrative role with excellent IT and communication skills.
Main duties of the job
Main Duties:
- Oversee and develop the administration and reception teams
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of new staff
- Develop staff training and learning programs including induction and training of new staff
- Practice Information Technology and digital lead
- Provide support with practice compliance and facilities management
- Lead on patient engagement and Patient Participation Group (PPG)

Moseley Avenue Surgery is based in Coundon, Coventry. As a practice we take great pride in having served Coundon and surrounding area's for over 80 year's caring for our patient population of over 12,000. We are a teaching practice for Doctors and medical students in placement.
