Blackpool
South PCN are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Paramedic to
join our innovative and forward thinking Practices to help us meet our patients
needs.
Main duties of the job
The role involves running minor
illness clinics, undertaking home visits including care homes, and working
autonomously while prescribing within your competencies. The postholder will
work closely with our GPs, nursing team, admin and reception colleagues, and
liaise with external services when required.
About us
The Blackpool South Primary Care Network was formed in May 2019; we are a collaboration of 4 GP Practices, Highfield Surgery, Stonyhill Medical Practice, Arnold Medical Centre and Abbey Dale Medical Centre serving a population of registered patients on our list equating to approximately 37,000 patients.

- HCPC registered Paramedic or Masters degree (MSc) in Advanced Clinical Practice or a related postgraduate diploma (Level 7).
- Experience in urgent or primary care.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Full driving licence for home visiting.
Desirable
- V300 NonMedical Prescribing (desirable).
