  • Joint goal setting with the child, parent(s)/carer(s).
  • Working closely with the therapy team at Vranch House, the child's family, educational team and the wider MDT.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as timely note keeping.
  • Actioning relevant onward referrals (e.g. Wheelchair Services, OT CFHD etc.).
  • Lone working as well as joint working is required (e.g. attending joint PT/OT assessments etc.)
  • Offer therapy provision in the form of 121 sessions or in group settings. This may be at the child's educational setting, their home or at Vranch House Outpatient Department, based at Vranch House School & Centre. Own car and a full UK driving license are therefore required.

  • Supervise more junior staff and students.
