The Role - Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at DMC Healthcare, you will be responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy of the organisation. You will oversee all aspects of information technology, including applications (inc. AI & RPA), information governance, IT support, networking, hardware, and assets. Additionally, you will lead a small team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the effective utilisation of technology to enhance patient care, streamline operations, and drive organisational growth.

Develop and implement the technology strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of DMC Healthcare.
Applications
Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of applications that support the organisation's clinical and administrative functions.
Information Governance
Establish and enforce information governance policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
IT Support
Oversee the IT support function to provide frictionless processes, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and user support requests.
Networking
Develop and maintain a robust and secure network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Hardware and Assets
Manage the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of hardware and assets, including servers, workstations, medical devices, and other IT infrastructure.
Team Management
Lead and manage a small team of technology professionals

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in healthcare technology and provide recommendations for their adoption.

Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and maintenance of applications that support the organisation's clinical and administrative functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that applications meet their needs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards for healthcare applications.
