Main duties of the job
About the Role
As our Digital and AI Project Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital projects, from scoping and business case development to implementation and adoption.
- Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve working practices.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, technical partners, and vendors to develop and deploy cutting-edge solutions.
- Ensure compliance with information governance and data sharing requirements.
- Share learnings and best practices across the organisation to foster a culture of innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in successfully managing change projects across the full lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of AI and digital solutions in practice.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desirable:
- Formal training in AI or project management.
- Experience implementing AI and digital solutions in healthcare.
