Job summary
Are you passionate about NHS Physio
care but looking for a challenge outside of NHS trusts? The
successful applicant will work alongside others to provide
a high standard of physiotherapy service to musculoskeletal outpatients
referred by DHC consultants. Conditions will include a wide variety of
musculoskeletal conditions including post-operative orthopaedics, arthritic
conditions, and patients presenting with acute, chronic and or complex spinal
pain.
We are looking for someone committed to developing
their career within DHC, with the potential for further training in a variety
of areas including First Contact Practitioner and ESP.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be a Registered
Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professional Council and have
developed assessment and treatment skills, with at least 6-12 months post
qualification experience working with MSK conditions.

Experience in applying the physiotherapy process to
include MSK assessment, interpretation, individual care planning, motivation,
monitoring and evaluation of highly specialized MSK treatment
Clinical skills encompassing the core areas of
exercise therapy, management of pain relief, mobility training and therapeutic
handling.
A passion for working as part of a wider team, to
deliver a great service.
