Main duties of the job

  • Manage & coordinate appointment bookings for AURAS and FLOCUS assessments (virtual and in-person).
  • Act as a central liaison across SSC departments to support coordination and communication of bookings.
  • Respond to patient enquiries for AURAS & FLOCUS with professionalism and empathy.
  • Send, collect, collate and report patient feedback to inform service improvements.

  • Ensure complaints are directed to and processed by the relevant teams.
  • Support coordination between administrative, clinical & medical teams across both pathways.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases and tracking systems using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

  • Contribute to service performance monitoring and quality assurance (CQC).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.

Desirable

  • Experience in administrative coordination or booking roles within healthcare or similar settings.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Understanding of patient confidentiality, safeguarding, and complaints handling.
  • Familiarity with neurodevelopmental services, particularly autism and ADHD.
