Main duties of the job
- Manage & coordinate appointment bookings for AURAS and FLOCUS assessments (virtual and in-person).
- Act as a central liaison across SSC departments to support coordination and communication of bookings.
- Respond to patient enquiries for AURAS & FLOCUS with professionalism and empathy.
- Send, collect, collate and report patient feedback to inform service improvements.
- Ensure complaints are directed to and processed by the relevant teams.
- Support coordination between administrative, clinical & medical teams across both pathways.
- Maintain accurate records, databases and tracking systems using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Contribute to service performance monitoring and quality assurance (CQC).
