Main duties of the job

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to maximise the outcomes of a portfolio of NHS Primary Care Network (PCN) customers, with some of our ICB level customers (roughly a 90:10 split).

The ideal candidate will have a good (or better) understanding of NHS business structures, particularly PCNs and requirements and will have experience of working inside the NHS.

Job responsibilities

You will develop strong relationships with our existing customers and onboard new customers as part of our managerial team, working directly alongside colleagues in our Customer Success department and liaising with clinical managers, operations managers, service leaders and the senior management team.

The NHS Customer Success Manager must be engaged with the Companys NHS customers to understand their needs and be their voice within the company. You will ensure NHS customer needs are proactively met and managed You will analyse and evaluate customer needs by means of management information and reporting packs and be actively involved in delivering a quality service, in line with our values and accreditations. You will be results focussed and use a combination of data analysis, excellent people skills and networking to forge strong relationships with both our existing and potential NHS customers.

  • At least 3 years experience working in NHS primary care settings
  • An understanding of the organisational structure of a Primary Care Network
  • An awareness of the NHS Long Term Plan and Additional Role Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)
  • Experience using SystmOne/EMIS
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills; face to face, written and via Teams
  • Great organisational skills
  • Experience of working with KPIs, SLAs and contractual requirements
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers/network/maintain relationships and generate new business
  • A full, clean UK driving licence (post holder will be expected to travel regularly to meet with customers face-to-face)
  • Forward planning and strategic thinking approach
  • An excellent team working ethos
  • Strong IT literacy and be confident using office 365, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
