Main duties of the job
Essential Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate management plans.
Diagnose and manage
acute and chronic presentations
Provide expert care
for frail and elderly patients, including care home visits.
Prescribe
independently (V300 qualification essential).
Order and interpret
diagnostic tests and investigations.
Work collaboratively
with GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals.
Contribute to
service development, audits, and clinical governance activities.
Support colleagues
and learners through mentorship and professional guidance.
