Job summary

Main duties of the job
The role aims to support the development of psychologically informed drug and alcohol services by providing psychological and psychosocial interventions.
The post is suited to a psychology graduate with relevant applied experience who is keen to make a difference in the lives of people affected by substance use and emotional distress. Working under the supervision of a senior psychologist, the role involves assessments, brief interventions (individual and group), and supporting staff training. The post-holder will be part of a multidisciplinary team, liaising with wider health, social care, and criminal justice services. There are also opportunities for professional development and peer support.
