Job summary
We are seeking motivated, experienced individuals to join CIPHER Medical Consultancy Limited as an Emergency Care Assistant on Bank. You will use your existing skills and experience on frontline ambulances alongside colleagues.
Applicants need to have previous clinical experience as an ECA.

Main duties of the job
- Recording baseline observations and communicate them to lead clinician.
- Safe use of AED
- Basic airway management, including insertion of OPAs
- Assisting paramedic with managing advanced airway
- Ensuring health, safety and welfare of patients and colleagues
- Is aware of safeguarding issues and reporting procedures as per CIPHER Medical's policies
- Completing vehicle daily inspections
- Appropriately using airwaves radios
- Safely using immobilisation equipment

Current pay rates - PAYE:
- Day shift (M-F) = £14 per hour
- Nights (M-F)/weekend days = £17 per hour
- Weekend nights = £18 per hour
* Self employed = 10% should be added to the above rates of pay and submitted to your invoice.

- Carrying out equipment inspections.
- In line with the CIPHER Medicals policy maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness of vehicles, equipment and station, completing documentation as required.
- Complete statutory and mandatory training and undertake CPD
- At all times exhibit standards of personal and professional conduct and performance
