Job summary
As an Event Coordinator, you will be supporting our Events Department to facilitate the delivery of administrative support to our event activities. Working as part of a team with both health care professionals and administrative staff you will require excellent communication and IT skills. This role will include working with other agencies who may sub-contract with ourselves.
This is role is working in a fast paced and demanding working environment particularly in our peak season.

Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role are as follows:
- Facilitation event delivery tasks
- Event planning and preparation
- Processing and resolving requests from customers and partner organisations accurately
- Assisting with department recruitment
- Inputting data accurately into our internal IT systems
- Must have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Building good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Working collaboratively in support of cross-department projects
- Ensuring customer and patient data is handled securely at all times
- Must be adaptable and flexible to the ever-changing business needs
- Able to work independently and within a pressurised environment
- Keeping up to date with statutory training
