gtd healthcare is one of the largest NHS commissioned Primary and Urgent care providers in North West England.
An exciting has arisen for a Senior Administrator to work closely with gtd practices across the Manchester area. These practices include City Health Centre, Droylsden Road Family Practice and Simpson Medical Practice.
As the Senior Administrator for data quality, you will play an important role in the delivery of care which aims to improve the health outcomes of gtds registered patients within the Manchester locality. You will plan, execute, and monitor the practices recall processes. This means inviting patients identified in need of a clinical review or other clinical intervention to their respective practices.
The Senior Administrator will also monitor the uptake of invitations and follow up with all non-responders to ensure they are given every opportunity to attend their appointment. In addition to this, you will monitor actual uptake against targeted uptake and work with practice teams, system partners and patients to achieve the expected uptake levels.

Main duties of the job
- Work in partnership with the practice medical leads and operations managers to ensure there is a congruent and consistent approach to conducting recall activity.
- Work collaboratively with practice teams to ensure the recall activity is understood, supported and that other enablers are in place.
- Understanding the requirements and standards of the relevant enhanced services.
- Have a system in place to monitor time sensitive activity.
- Monitoring changes to the enhanced service contracts, feeding this back to the practice teams, and ensuring any changes are implemented.
- Working with the centralised data team to develop appropriate clinical system templates.
- Be committed to achieving targets through activity planning monitoring and remedial action planning.
- Support ad hoc public health promotion campaigns.
- To ensure clinical information is coded correctly or amended accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients by text message, letter and / or telephonecommunication.
- Develop written policies, procedures, and protocols for the recall system.
- Responsible for training a deputies within each practice for contingency purposes.
- Write an annual report on activity performance, lessons learned and action plan for the following financial year.
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the team by reflecting on own and teams activities and making suggestions on ways to improve and enhance the teams performance.

- Attend induction and mandatory training and mandatory updates when required.
- Attend practice meetings.
- Support the induction and training of new members of staff.
