This GP post will be based at Nova Scotia Medical Centre, Allerton Bywater, Castleford, WF10 2DP
We
are seeking a committed GP to join our positive, collaborative team. (4
Sessions) to make a meaningful contribution to patient care within a supportive
and forward-thinking environment.
Main duties of the job
You
will deliver high-quality primary care services, includingmanaging
a range of acute, chronic, and complex conditions.
Providing
telephone, online, and face-to-face consultations.
Supporting
long-term condition management.
Home
Visits when required.
Contributing
to clinical governance, QOF achievement, and practice development.
Working
collaboratively with the wider practice and PCN team.
Prescribe as per local & national
guidelines.
Take responsibility for appropriate
referrals following local guidance and good medical practice and
administration pertaining to them.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records
of consultations using S1 clinical systems.

and be an integral part of the general practice team
