We are seeking an experienced Head of to oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations whilst aligning to one of the companys goals To be a Great Place to Work.
The ideal candidate will be able to support our strategic direction and be hands-on, ensuring that HR processes are streamlined, legally compliant, and support a positive employee experience to our 800+ employed workforce.
Location: Based in Newfield House, Blackpool, FY4 4EW but with an expectation that visibility will be required across all services and geographies.
This is a role where a home working and in the office, schedule can be considered.
Hours: Full Time 37 hours
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) and 31 days of Annual leave
Main duties of the job

You will have the opportunity to influence our HR strategy. You will lead a dedicated HR team of 9 people, consisting of two HR Business Partners, two People Managers and a fabulous team of HR and Recruitment specialists. You will shape the companys human resources service whilst focussing on core functions, recruitment, employee relations, reward and benefits management, legal and regulatory compliance.
You will drive key HR initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency. You will be part of a company that values a positive culture, communication, collaboration, inclusivity, and wellbeing.
