Main duties of the job
As a qualified CBT Therapist, you will be at the forefront of the important work we do, delivering exceptional, evidence-based interventions to clients at Step 3. You will apply your clinical expertise to assess and treat your own caseload through their treatment plan, working in partnership with highly skilled colleagues at Steps 2 and 3 and external support services.
At all times, you will be supported by a dedicated clinical leadership team, experienced administration teams and safeguarding specialists, to provide an effective, high-quality experience for your clients. You will have the opportunity to engage in extensive CPD to enhance your skills and support your accreditation going forward.
Successful applicants are expected to work one late clinic per week (up to 8pm). We offer all clients face-to-face sessions at Step 3 as standard and our Step 3 clinicians are predominantly site based to support this. Driven by patient choice and feedback, it is therefore expected that this work will be face-to-face at one of our fifteen dedicated clinics across Derbyshire.
