We work in partnership with NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups nationwide to provide patients with access to community services closer to home, including Diagnostic Ultrasound, Gynaecology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology and Minor Surgery.
Main duties of the job
Requirements -
- Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
- Previous administration experience is preferable but not essential
- IT literate and confident using computer systems
- Enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent patient care
You will be enrolled on a 2week comprehensive training programme from day one of employment, equipping you with all the skills needed to thrive in ENT.
This position is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and Right to Work documentation.

Your day in the life of a Healthcare Assistant (ENT) -
As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will be supporting our Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) service across Cheshire and Merseyside. You will be responsible for collecting equipment and stock, setting up examination rooms for clinicians, and acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures.
You will also complete essential administrative tasks, update patient outcomes, and ensure reports are accurately processed.
Your support will ensure the smooth running of ENT clinics and contribute to a compassionate, highquality patient experience.
Please note: Our service operates seven days a week, and you will work 5 out of 7 days.
Typical shifts run between 07:00/07:30 17:30/18:00.
This is a mobile role, and you may be required to travel to multiple clinics across Cheshire and Merseyside, and occasionally to other regions for service demand.
