Job responsibilities

Acting as an extension of the firms brand and core values, the purpose of this role is to undertake all administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of our new NHS Dermatology Department.

Youll build key relationships with patients and clinicians and will be responsible for taking inbound enquiry calls from patients, GPs or other clinical colleagues. You will manage and process new NHS referrals, update patient records as required and send various types of letters to GPs and other healthcare professionals.

This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to use own initiative andadapt to changingpriorities.

You will work in Dermatology but may be asked to work in other NHS services in the business if required.

This is a hybrid role based at our Loughborough site, with the opportunity to work remotely some days of the week after training.
