Job summary

The role

You will be delivering remote or face to face consultations for employees of corporate customers who have been identified by our platform as being at risk of a preventable or manageable long-term condition. Remote consultations are carried out either over the phone or via video call.

Main duties of the job

A recorded/registered qualification in one of the following at graduate level in nursing, social work, occupational therapy, arts therapy or within a psychological therapy OR

Evidence using the career framework of training in mental health and experience working in a stepped care service for anxiety and depression AND

Qualified CBT therapist

Knowledge of delivering, individual service user focused specialist assessments

An understanding of anxiety and depression and how it may present in Primary Care

Knowledge of the issues surrounding work and the impact it can have on mental health

Knowledge of medication used in anxiety and depression and other common mental health problems

Experience as working as part of an MDT

Current indemnity insurance up to the amount advised by your professional or regulatory body

Good IT skills

Willingness to participate in the audit and quality improvement regime

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A patient-centric attitude
