We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic team at Haringey GP Federation. In this role, you will combine clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, supporting pharmacy teams across seven Primary Care Networks (PCNs).d
You will provide three leadership and management sessions per week at our head office, alongside your clinical work. Your focus will include mentoring and developing pharmacists and technicians, driving quality improvement, and leading on key initiatives such as long-term conditions management, safety alerts and training.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced clinical pharmacist who acts within their professional boundaries. The post holder will provide 3 leadership and management sessions based at Haringey GP Federation head office in addition to their clinical responsibilities (7 sessions per week).
The clinical pharmacist team is centrally recruited and managed on behalf of seven primary care networks in Haringey. The post holder will have management responsibilities for clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pre-registration pharmacy technicians and foundation pharmacists, to support their induction and ongoing development as well as track performance of key deliverables.
The senior clinical pharmacist will be supported by the lead clinical pharmacist who will provide line management and personal development in the role.
The senior clinical pharmacist will be confident in planning the pharmacy workload priorities and presenting at PCN board meetings.
