Location:Haringey GP Federation Offices (48 Station Road, Wood Green, London, N22 7TY).
Main duties of the job
This role is part of the Federations One You Haringey team which delivers a range of prevention services which include Adult Weight management, Alcohol reduction, Stop Smoking, Exercise and Free NHS Health Check services.
The administrator is a crucial role enabling the smooth working and delivery of services for the organisation. The role will primarily support administrative tasks for these services working closely with the Health and Wellbeing manager and respective Health coaches. They will also assist in the operational processes and ensure relevant service procedures and policies are updated.

Administrative Responsibilities
Assist with incoming and outgoing calls emails for participants and staff
Support service delivery, including but not exclusively, booking venues, action tracking and communicating information to the teams
Maintaining accurate and efficient filling systems for the service in line with the company confidentiality policy
Contacting participants to collect outcomes and recording accurately for example 12 & 26 week quits
Making follow up calls to any DNAs
Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the services, ensuring participants and Coaches are well informed
Maintaining & managing content on the newly developed website & OYH app
Collecting feedback from participants
Assisting the weekly and monthly reports as required by the service
Assisting PSS sending confirmations, answering service queries, collecting data, amending data
Administering forms and questionnaires on the Healum system
Sending resources to participants
