Job Title: Head of At-Scale (Prevention Services)

Hours of work: Part Time (22.5hours per work)

Remuneration: £60,000 - £72,000 FTE per annum dependent on experience

Contract length: Permanent

Responsible to: Director of Operations (Primary Care)

Accountable to: Chief Executive

Location: HGPF offices and any location within Haringey (Flexible working with some remote working available)

Interview date: 10th January 2025

Main duties of the job

The postholder will play a key role in the development and delivery of high-quality clinical and prevention services. They will provide the overall strategic leadership to the At Scale Services Team. They will be responsible for the development of new areas of work in the area of prevention and lifestyle change. They will contribute to development of new at scale services as well as driving ongoing performance within existing services and teams.

This role requires an individual who is innovative, effective and passionate about delivery of high-quality services, working across system boundaries to improve the quality of care for patients. They will be able to develop strategic thinking and interpret it into operational development.

They will be able to build confidence across the organisation as well as with external partners; they will be able to operate in smart and inventive ways, developing an agile and problem-solving culture. A key responsibility will be to challenge, support and develop service teams ensuring robust systems for performance and financial management and quality governance are in place.
