Provide senior strategic leadership across both nursing and operational services, ensuring high-quality, safe and effective care across Taurus. As an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), you will offer expert professional nursing leadership while also overseeing the operational delivery of services. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape and embed advanced clinical practice models, and champion high professional standards across the organisation, promoting continuous improvement and compassionate, visible leadership.

Ensure Taurus services consistently deliver high-quality care in line with contractual key performance indicators, CQC requirements, agreed objectives and available resources. Provide professional clinical leadership alongside direct operational line management to staff across a range of professional groups. Work closely with teams to co-ordinate, lead and develop service delivery, maintaining an operational overview while retaining a strong clinical leadership focus overseeing pathways, case management and safe, effective clinical practice.

Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends where required, to support both clinical and operational service needs across all sites. Alongside clinical responsibilities, contribute to audit, project work, service evaluation, education, and wider clinical service development, ensuring continual improvement in service quality and workforce capability.
