Provide senior strategic leadership across both nursing and operational services, ensuring
high-quality, safe and effective care across Taurus. As an experienced Advanced Nurse
Practitioner (ANP), you will offer expert professional nursing leadership while also overseeing
the operational delivery of services. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape and embed
advanced clinical practice models, and champion high professional standards across the
organisation, promoting continuous improvement and compassionate, visible leadership.
Ensure Taurus services consistently deliver high-quality care in line with contractual key
performance indicators, CQC requirements, agreed objectives and available resources. Provide
professional clinical leadership alongside direct operational line management to staff across a
range of professional groups. Work closely with teams to co-ordinate, lead and develop service
delivery, maintaining an operational overview while retaining a strong clinical leadership focus
overseeing pathways, case management and safe, effective clinical practice.
Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends where required, to support both clinical and
operational service needs across all sites. Alongside clinical responsibilities, contribute to audit,
project work, service evaluation, education, and wider clinical service development, ensuring
continual improvement in service quality and workforce capability.
Provide visible, authentic and values-driven leadership 24/7, contributing to the on-call rota and
role-modelling high professional standards across nursing, advanced practice and operational
services.
