Outpatient Pharmacist - YourHealth Pharmacy, ENH Pharma Ltd
We are currently recruiting for two Outpatient Pharmacists to join our site in Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, Northwood. The ideal candidates will have dispensary-based experience and evidence of good clinical knowledge.
Full time (40 hours per week) and part time (30 hours per week) positions are available.
The post holder will work in delivering an efficient, convenient, and accessible outpatient pharmacy service at YourHealth Pharmacy which meets our patient's and company's needs. This includes being responsible for the day-to-day running of the Pharmacy as a Responsible Pharmacist, and clinical screening of a variety of prescriptions including oral chemotherapy.

- To provide leadership to and act as a role model for staff of ENH Pharma Ltd.
- To fulfil the statutory responsibilities as required by the GPhC.
- To contribute to the development of a high quality and timely outpatient service for patients.
- To develop effective working relationships with prescribers.
- To contribute to the development of appropriate additional clinical or patient centred services.
- To contribute to the optimisation and development of the overall profitability of the business.
- Ensure the correct skill mix and resource are available to deliver a safe and effective pharmacy service.
- Work collaboratively and supportively with the Pharmacy Manager.
- Clinically screen prescriptions competently and accurately.
- Monitor and support the delivery of Company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications/ Relevant Experience
Essential
- Master's degree (MPharm) or equivalent.
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Evidence of good clinical knowledge.
Desirable
- Experience as a qualified pharmacist with roles including day to day management.
- Previous oncology experience, including oral SACT verification
- Postgraduate clinical qualification e.g., Certificate/Diploma in Pharmacy Practice
- PGDs and vaccination training.
