We are looking for an accuracy-checking technician to join our team at Creigiau Pharmacy. As the new contract evolves we're looking for the right person to support us deliver on services whilst still maintaining the core values of a dispensing pharmacy. We're an innovative pharmacy that has invested heavily in IT and automation to help provide an efficient and high-quality pharmaceutical service and we're keen to find the right candidate to support the team.
The right person must have excellent communication skills as well as a proven track record in providing excellent customer service whilst working as part of a team.Whilst always put our patients first.
In addition, assisting the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by engaging in services and ensuring the dispensary delivers an excellent service and operate productively.

Main duties of the job
Working alongside the pharmacists and the team to deliver on the new community pharmacy contract. Ensuring the smooth running of the dispensary and engaging in the delivery of clinical services and proactive in leading services where possible. We're looking for a registered technician who can take the lead with delivering DMR service, smoking cessation, and be proactive in training to undertake private services.
About us
Creigiau Pharmacy is busy high tempo pharmacy dispensing a high volume of prescription. We are very forward thinking and have fully embraced the new clinical service orientated model for pharmacy providing a full suite of both NHS and private services. We also support a local care home.
We have invested heavily in IT and automation to help us fulfil our vision.
We have a strong team of an IP pharmacist, a pharmacist undertaking her IP training, ACT, Dispensers and delivery drivers.
