Were a successful dental company launching a new dental practice in Gloucester, created to improve access to NHS dentistry for the local community. As we open this exciting new chapter, were looking for enthusiastic Associate Dentists who want to help shape a service from day one.

Main duties of the job

Your Role

• 1 day per week dedicated to urgent care
• Upto 4 days per week delivering UDA activity
• Optional Educational support and mentorship for Foundation Dentists
• Helping to shape clinical pathways, patient experience, and practice culture

Associate Roles:

Earning potential in excess of £120,000 (OTE) NHS: Enhanced UDA rate from £16 per hour (to allow for clinical lead duties)

NHS: Urgent Care Day Rate from £500 per day, with a Clinical Lead Supplement.

NHS: Educational supervisor supplement, following addition of an FD to the practice.

Private: 50% income split

Labs: 50% split for any lab bills

UDAs: delivery of 5,073 UDAs

Urgent Care: 7 patients per session (14 per day)

Balanced clinical mix: NHS Urgent Dental Care & stabilisation with options for private upgrades dependent on patient requirements

Flexible working hours

Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
