Main duties of the job
What we are looking for:
- Someone with excellent influencing and relationship skills, you will be able to work with a range of key stakeholders, including NHS organisations, clinical teams, and charities.
- Someone with a proven track record of forming, developing, and evaluating new partnerships to drive change and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Someone with an expert understanding inmeasuring service outcomes, you will be responsible for providing the evidence ofquality, impact and cost effectiveness for services funded and provided by Teenage Cancer Trust within your regions.
- Someone who can work strategically to create robust service delivery plans that will improve outcomes and reduce inequity for young people with cancer.

- Financial and resource management, including budget setting, budgetmanagement/control and reporting.

- Significant demonstrable experience of using negotiation and influencing skills to bring about long-lasting change, preferably through partnership working.
