The University of Suffolk Dental CIC represents a step-change in dental care in Suffolk and North-East Essex, and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
The successful candidate will need to work with the University to support high quality placements, support students/ trainees and work with university colleagues to ensure seamless support and provision in the CIC environment as well as provide high quality training provision on associated University of Suffolk courses.
Full-time and part-time positions available. Evenings and weekends also available.
Main duties of the job
- Deliver a full range of general dental treatments to patients.
- Diagnose and manage oral health conditions effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with dental nurses and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Promote preventive care and oral health education within the community.
Requirements
- GDC registration as a qualified Dentist.
- Proven clinical experience in general dentistry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centred care and community values.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
