Job summary
As a Non-Executive Director, you will be one of five independent directors, having experience of clinical, academic, commercial and employment matters or the practice of dental care or other appropriate experience. You will provide an independent and informed perspective, offering strategic advice and support to the CiC in achieving its mission, values, and strategic aims.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and guidance to the CiC's executive team in concert with board members
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Review and approve financial statements, budgets, and business plans
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Ensure the CiCs mission and values are reflected in all decision-making processes

This is an unremunerated role.
