We are located in the bustling city of Bristol, our Students' Health Service is dedicated to providing high-quality, student-focused healthcare. We pride ourselves on our tailored approach, ensuring that our services are accessible, efficient, and suited to the unique needs of our student population. We are located in a modern dedicated surgery in Hampton House. Our practice list size is around 20,000.

The Role:As Practice Manager, you will be at the forefront of our operations, driving excellence in service delivery and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Your leadership will be key in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance our services, while supporting the Clinical Team.

Main duties of the job

  • Help to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Oversee the efficient management of resources, including staffing, complex budgets, and facilities.
  • Help develop and implement innovative strategies to improve patient experience and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.
