Job summary
The successful candidate should demonstrate a practical awareness of current developments in adult social care nursing and nursing home practice as well as being able to successfully support the implementation and delivery of an innovative and sector specific, Health Education England funded programme of study.
Main duties of the job
The key duties of the post holder will be to contribute to the delivery and teaching of the Higher Education Level 6 Advanced Professional Diploma (CPD) in Adult Social Care Nursing programme and provide additional support to the programme lead.
Having a first degree is a pre-requisite and in addition Nursing and Midwifery (NMC) registration will be essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with contemporary experience in nursing home practice, dementia care and both clinical and educational practice within the nursing home environment.
